PLACING AN ORDER

Q: How will I know if the size I select will fit?
A: All our products are in Australian sizes. For more information please refer to our sizing chart.

Q: The item I want is out of stock. What now?
A: If the item you want is appearing as out of stock on the website, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.

Q: How will I know when you have received my order?
A:Once you place an order, you will be sent an email letting you know your order has been received.

Q: How will I know when my order has been shipped?
A: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your item.

Q: How do I create an account on your website?
A: Click Register at the top of any page and follow the prompts.

Q: Who do I contact if I am having problems with the site?
A: If you are having problems with our site, please contact us via our online form or call us on 08 9424 6000

PAYMENT

Q: How do I know it's safe to use my card on your site?
A: FLOWER Clothing payment system has a 128-bit SSL security encryption certificate awarded by GoDaddy Secure Certification Authority.

Q: Do you keep my credit card details?
A: No. We do not retain your credit card information after your order is complete. Rather, it is submitted directly to our payment gateway.

Q: Which payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Mastercard, VISA, AMEX and Paypal.

Q: Will my information be sold to third parties?
A: Absolutely not! We respect your privacy rights and your credit card details will only be used for your online purchase.

Q: Who do I contact if I have a problem with my Paypal account?
A: If you are having problems with your Paypal account, you will need to contact Paypal directly.

GIFT CARDS

Q: What value can I buy a gift card for?
A: You can purchase a gift card for any amount.

Q: Can I use my gift card online?
A: Unfortunately at this stage we cannot accept your gift card for online payment. This is something we are working on introducing in the future.

Q: What if my gift card is lost or stolen?
A: If your gift card is lost or stolen, please contact us as soon as possible.

Q: What should I do if my gift card is damaged?
A: If your gift card is damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

Q: Can I return or refund a gift card?
A: Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

Q: Can I redeem multiple gift cards at once?
A: Yes.

Q: What if I make a purchase valued less than my gift card value?
A: If the total of your purchase is less than the amount on your gift card, the balance will be retained on your gift card for future purchases.

Q: What if I make a purchase valued higher than my gift card?
A: If the total of your purchase is higher than the amount on your gift card, then the balance can be paid using another method.

PRICING

Q: Are the prices online the same as the prices in stores?
A: Yes. Our online store is regularly updated to reflect the prices in our stores.

Q: Do your prices include GST?
A: Yes.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: Under normal circumstances, all orders should arrive within 5-7 working days. If it has not arrived in that time, please contact us.

Q: How do I track my order?
A: All orders are shipped by Australia Post and you will receive an email when your item has been shipped containing the tracking number. You can log on to austpost.com.au to track your item.

Q: Do you ship to international destinations?
A: Unfortunately online orders can only be shipped to addresses within Australia.

Q: Do you ship to PO Boxes?
A: Yes

Q: Can I ship to multiple addresses?
A: Each order can only be shipped to one address. If you would like items shipped to multiple addresses, please complete seperate orders.

Q: Will I have to sign for my delivery?
A: No.

Q: What is the postage and handing charge on all orders?
A: Posting and handling charges are $9.95 for orders under $150 and free for orders over $150.

Q: How do I change my shipping address once my order had been placed?
A: Please contact us.

Q: My order hasn't arrived yet. What can I do? 
A: Please contact us.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Q: Can I return my order for a refund?
A: Yes. We offer full refunds for online purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, just complete the Returns Form and send it back to us within 21 days of the original purchase date. 

Q: Can I exchange my order if I change my mind?
A: Yes. If you would like to exchange your order for a different colour or size, just complete our Returns Form and send it back to us with a replied paid envelope within 21 days of the original purchase date.

Q: How will I be refunded?
A: Your refund will be credited using your original method of payment.

Q: Can I return my online purchase to a store for a refund?
A: If you would like to return an item for a refund, please send it to our Customer Care Centre in WA. Items cannot be returned to stores for a refund.

Q: Can I exchange my online purchase at any store?

A: If you would like to exchange an item you purchased online, please send it to our Customer Care Centre in WA. Items cannot be returned to stores for exchange.

Q: How long do I have to return or exchange my purchase?
A: If you would like to return or exchange your purchase, you have 21 days to send it back to our Customer Care Centre in WA.

Q: How long will it take for me to receive a refund?
A: You will receive your refund within 48 hours of us receiving your returned item.

Q: What if the item I received is not the one I ordered?
A: If you have received the wrong item, please contact us.

Q: Can I return sale items?
A: Yes.
